So we bought our home in January and had a new heat pump unit installed by cool breeze in October by the previous home owner . I walked outside yesterday and noticed water leaking from the unit and none coming out of the drain pipe. I called and they sent someone out the next day. Estevan showed up prompt and ready to figure out the issue . He got it fixed quickly and effectively.  Great experience with this company and thank you to Estevan for your hard work. Cool Breeze installed a new HVAC system last year and they come out a couple times a year to check the system as part of the install. Great part is that they have taken ownership and proactively called to schedule the checks. Great install at a good price and fantastic follow-up. Shout out to Marissa for her customer service.
